Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Items are not refundable or returnable.
In the event you have received the wrong item, or an item in error, your item is damaged or flawed (as outlined in our Wholesale Guide) please reach out to us for further instructions.
In the event items must be returned, please note:
-Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and be in its original packaging and in new condition. Used items, or items altered in any way such as, but not limited to, washing, cutting, dirtied, excessively crumpled, containing pet hair or other debris, cannot be refunded.
-We will not refund shipping charges and buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
-Returns must be first approved by Anna Kate LLC. Please contact us at info@annakate.ca for further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellations:
-We do not accept order cancellations after your order has been processed.
-Orders cancelled BEFORE order fulfillment are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
